Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, I work with you one-on-one in a safe environment and support you in reaching your goals and living your life more fully. I help you bring the change that you want to see in your life, based on your unique goals and needs. I hope to help you facilitate change and improve your quality of life in a way that aligns with your personal values.

People seek out individual therapy for various reasons. I recognize the courage and vulnerability that it takes to ask for help and consider it a true honor to listen to your story and what has brought you in to my office. I meet you where you are at and help you identify your own personal goals.

Common reasons individuals seek therapy include:
